Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Prepare the Steak Filling
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking for 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak.
- Cook the steak for 3–4 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula to avoid clumping.

- Mix everything together and remove the skillet from heat.
Step 3: Prepare the Slider Buns
- Carefully slice the sweet bread rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
- Place the bottom half of the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: Assemble the Sliders
- Spread the cooked steak mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
- Layer 6 slices of provolone cheese on top of the steak mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the top half of the buns back on.
Step 5: Add the Butter Topping
- In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
Step 6: Bake the Sliders
- Place the sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 17–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
