Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust

- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
