Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta

- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.
2. Season and Cook the Shrimp
- Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the shrimp in 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning until well-coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
